Personal Fan / パーソナル扇風機

Since it's getting hot, I built a fan that meets the following requirements.

1. It operates as a standalone device ― it doesn’t require a tablet or a power cable.
2. The airflow can be adjusted.
3. It is easy to carry.
4. The batteries can be replaced easily.
5. An oscillation mechanism is not required.

暑くなってきたので、次の要件を満たす扇風機を作った。

1. スタンドアロンで動くこと。つまりタブレットや電源ケーブルを必要としないこと。
2. 風量を調節できること。
3. 持ち運びしやすいこと。
4. 電池交換がしやすいこと。
5. 首振り機構は不要。
